Dr. LauraAnn Migliore holds a Ph.D. in Organization Management with Human Resource specialty (Capella University, 2009), provides learning & development solutions, teaches online classes in human resource management and doctoral research at the University of Phoenix, Grand Canyon University, and University of Arizona Global Campus. She chairs several dissertation committees, serves as an Academic Reviewer for various journal publications, conducts ongoing research, and is published in the areas of personality & cross-cultural research, leadership, mobile technology, and corporate governance.
